Returns & Exchanges
We get it - shopping online for the right size can sometimes mean we don't always get our size & fit right. So if you happen to order the wrong size we are happy to exchange your order for another size, or item at the same value. Just email our customer service at, hello@saforme.com, and we will begin your exchange process.
Our return period is 30 days from delivery date.
The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags attached with proof of purchase provided (proof of purchase can be your order number, or your invoice received with your order). SaForme has the right to reject a return if they do not meet the above conditions. In this instance, we will contact you and organise to send back the return.
Important note: SaForme can only accept returns on items that are in their absolute original condition, items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original swing tags in place.
Returns can and will be rejected if there are any noticeable:
- Stains
- Strong fragrances or odours
- Pet hair
- Fake tan
- Makeup
- Oil stains
If you send back an item and it is not in it's original condition, we will not be able to process your return and you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of $10AUD to have the item sent back to you.
Please ensure you aren't sending back unsellable items to avoid dealing with the above. We want to process your returns for you :)
Refunds
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, SaForme is not required to provide a refund if you make a wrong selection, need a different size or change your mind.
By finalising your order you are agreeing to these terms.
We do our best to ensure your order is in perfect condition, unfortunately though, sometimes faults can be missed. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 30 days of your order at hello@saforme.com
If you have received an item with a minor fault, we will replace your item, if this is not possible, a credit or refund will be offered. Please note that as per the ACCC a refund for a minor fault in an item is at the discretion of the business.
If you receive an item that is considered a major fault by SaForme, it is up to the customer to choose between a replacement item, a store credit or a refund.
