Refund policy

Your first exchange is on us. Wrong size? Email hello@saforme.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. We'll send a prepaid return label and post your new size as soon as your return arrives.

Wrong cups? We'll swap them free. Tell us which cup you need and we'll post it out. Keep your top.

Prefer something else? Swap for another style of the same value, or choose store credit.

Condition: Items need to be unworn and unwashed with tags attached, and free of makeup, fake tan, perfume or pet hair. If a return arrives worn, we'll let you know and post it back to you ($10 postage).

Change of mind: We offer exchanges and store credit rather than refunds for change of mind.

Faulty items: Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply. For a major fault you can choose a refund or replacement; for a minor fault we'll repair, replace or refund. Email us within 30 days with a photo.
